Frequently asked questions

  • No. Once your order is placed, an additional $50 delivery/pick up/cleaning fee will be added to your total bill.

  • Customers are responsible for setup and proper use. Instruction manuals can be provided, upon request. Please visit our local fire department if you would like hands-on help with installing car seats.

  • Yes. There is a 3 day minimum. If you only need it for 1-2 days, contact us and we can arrange that but you will still be charged for 3 days, as wear and tear on our gear doesn't make it worth it for less.

  • More than 7 days prior to delivery: full refund (minus processing fees, if charged)

    3-7 days before delivery: 50% refund

    less than 72 hours before delivery: No refund

    We understand that flights/travel times can change, so as long as their is open communication, we are flexible with adjusting pick up and drop off times. 

    **there are NO REFUNDS for early returns**

  • All of our gear is diligently cleaned between rentals using baby-safe organic and hypoallergenic products and carefully inspected before delivery.

  • At least 2 days before your needed delivery date.

  • Yes. We are a LLC and carry our own business insurance. Our coverage is not extended to renters. Clients assume responsibility for supervision and proper use while their children are using our equipment. 

  • Clients will be responsible for replacing the gear, if it is in a condition more than just light wear and tear. Clients will be billed for the cost of a brand new replacement, per the average retail prices.
